The
Rebel Angel is an animated adventure in which our heroine must unravel an intricate
web of deceit, fight the forces of evil and unleash her own inner powers to recapture
the throne to Utopias. The ultimate battleground is the Underworld: A rave to
end all raves.
Farris, a beautiful princess and heir to Utopias, is clearly
the product of a privileged and sheltered existence. Her only real concern is
her approaching 18th birthday and pre-arranged marriage by her stepfather the
king to the detestable Duke Brommin. Farris' world is turned upside down, however,
when her true love, a soldier boy named Jacob, mysteriously disappears. In her
quest to find Jacob and avoid marrying Brommin, the princess abandons her throne
and takes flight to the unknown lands beyond Utopias. During the journey, she
and her Pegasus get trapped in a treacherous storm and sucked down to the Underworld.
Farris wakes up in the belly of a rave-filled ancient city with rooftop DJ's spinning
deafening beats to thousands of dancing youth. Robotic waitresses, florescent
green cocktails, raving teens, exotic cage dancers and a Rasta-like prophet all
beckon for her attention. Innocent Farris can't help being seduced by the exotic
sights and sounds of a surreal land she could have never before imagined. She
is soon won over by the unusually handsome and confident Darius, Prince of the
Underworld. Intoxicated by the same green potion being consumed by all the ravers
and overpowered by Darius' spell, Farris loses sight of her original quest and
joins the Prince for the wildest adventure of her life.
Until, Farris manages to resist her next dose of the potion and breaks the spell.
Now that she clearly sees Darius and the Underworld for the evil that they represent,
her true journey resumes. Relying only on her own strength and clues from a broken
magic amulet, Farris must unravel an intricate web of corruption and overcome
inconceivable obstacles. She fights against the all-powerful Darius, who has his
own plans to take over Utopias; she joins forces with the Dissonants, who unveil
the dark truths about the Underworld; and she races against time to save Jacob
from a hidden dungeon, only to learn it is her stepfather the King who is the
most evil of all. Ultimately, Farris rejoins Jacob and repairs the magic amulet,
unleashing the full potential of her magical powers. Powers that she must push
to the limit to save the youth from the Underworld, destroy the King's and Darius'
evil plans and restore harmony to Utopias.
