The Strays

A fish-out-of-water Hip Hop drama about an innocent abandoned cat who is saved from the ill fate of a hungry pit bull and taken in by one of East Detroit’s toughest street gangs, The Strays. An animated urban tale where the main characters are all street animals, The Strays is a story about a young cat’s struggle for survival in a world where broken families are too often replaced by gangs. Our hero must ultimately choose between loyalty to his ill-fated friends and his dream for a safe and loving home.

The Strays was created by the Writer/Director of The Slim Shady Show (Eminem) and Lil Pimp (Bernie Mac, Lil Kim, William Shatner), the Writer/Producer of the soundtracks for Friday (Chris Tucker, Ice Cube), Players Club (Bernie Mac, Jamie Fox), In Too Deep (Omar Epps, LL Cool J) and Queen of the Damned (Aaliyah, Stuart Townsend).
